Program Registration

If a program is cancelled, will I be reimbursed for my travel?

We do not reimburse participants for travel arrangements. When making your reservations, you may wish to ask your travel agent about purchasing travel insurance, as the airline may reimburse you through this coverage.

How do I withdraw from a program?

Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing (via fax or email) before the first day of class. You will receive a tuition refund based on the following terms: Withdrawal from all programs is subject to a minimum $75 charge per program. Withdrawals received 15 to 30 days before the program start date will incur a charge of 10% of the program tuition. Withdrawals received within 14 days of the program start date will incur a charge of 30% of the program. No refunds will be given on or after the first day of the program.

How do I receive my AIA/ASLA/AICP credits?

Upon registration, please include your AIA or ASLA membership number where indicated. The Office of Executive Education will automatically submit this information to the AIA and/or ASLA once the program concludes. While it generally takes several weeks for credits to be processed, you may check your status at any time on the AIA and ASLA websites. To report your credits to the AICP, please visit their certification maintenance (CM) web site.

I don't want to register on-line. Can I use a paper registration form?

Yes. Simply print and return this printable registration form.

How do I obtain a receipt for my registration payment?

Simply 
log in to your profile and click on "Your receipt history.” From there, you can print a receipt for each registration/payment transaction.

I didn't receive a confirmation email. How do I know if I am registered?

Please check your spam filters and spam box, as all program correspondence is sent via email to the address on record. The confirmation email comes from execed@gsd.harvard.edu and contains the phrase "Executive Education Order Confirmation" and your name in the subject line. You can also log into your profile and click on "Your enrollment history" to view prior and current program enrollments. If you still have questions, please call the Office of Executive Education at 617.384.7214 to confirm your registration.

What should I do if my registration doesn't go through?

If you receive an error message or do not receive a successful registration message, please print your registration form and fax it to 617.496.0297. Please do not attempt to re-register on-line.

Accommodations and Directions

Are dorm rooms available for overnight stays?

Unfortunately, Executive Education does not offer dormitory housing to program participants. For a list of hotels and inns in a variety of price ranges please see our Experience Harvard page.
