FERDINAND “MOOSE” COLLOREDO-MANSFELD is a Partner and Director of Cabot Properties, Inc., a real estate investment management firm based in Boston. It is the successor enterprise for the management team of Cabot Industrial Trust, of which Mr. Colloredo-Mansfeld was Chairman and CEO (1998-2001). CIT was a NYSE listed real estate trust investing in twenty major light industrial and distribution markets across the United States and succeeded with a management supported buyout in 2001. Mr. Colloredo-Mansfeld began his real estate career in 1970 when he joined Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, a national real estate development, management and construction firm, serving as Chairman and CEO from 1976-l989. He also was the CEO of Cabot Partners, a real estate advisory company (1990-1998). Mr. Colloredo-Mansfeld serves on the Board of Directors of the Boston Private Industry Council (former Chairman) and the Boston Municipal Research Bureau (former Chairman). He is a Trustee of the Humane Society of Massachusetts, a Founding Member of the Land Trust Alliance Council, an Honorary Trustee (former Chairman) of the Massachusetts General Hospital and an Honorary Trustee of the McLean Hospital. He is a former Member of the Conservation Law Foundation’s Massachusetts State Board and a former Director of Raytheon Company, and has served on numerous other charitable and civic organizations. Mr. Colloredo-Mansfeld received his AB in 1961 and an MBA in 1965 from Harvard. He is a former member of the Dean’s Councils at the JFK School of Government and former Chairman of the Visiting Committee of the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University.
