Lawrence H. Curtis, president and managing partner, has for over 20 years led the acquisition efforts for WinnDevelopment, Boston, MA, growing the company from 3,000 units in 1986 to more than 70,000 units currently under management. Mr. Curtis was the 2006 Chairman of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Mr. Curtis served as the 2008 Co-Chair of CJP's $42 million Annual Campaign and recently became the immediate past Chairman of the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association.
