DAN DUBROWSKI is a founding principal of the Lionstone Group, where he serves as an investment committee member and as lead principal responsible for Lionstone's national cash flow office and U.S. land-investment programs. He is also the firm's chief operating officer. Prior to forming Lionstone, Mr. Dubrowski was a senior officer with Hines for ten years, during which time he led Hines’s first domestic acquisition, its first large-scale international development, and held responsibility for the company’s business in Mexico. Mr. Dubrowski developed the firm's first foreign industrial parks and first high-rise residential buildings. He also sourced and closed Hines’s first international acquisition. He is a graduate of Georgetown University, and received his M.B.A. in 1990 from Harvard Business School, where he was a senior lecturer in real estate in 2005.
