Frederick Merrill, AICP, LEED AP, principal, Sasaki Associates, Watertown, MA, has over 27 years of diverse professional experience in planning for new communities, contemporary mixed mixed-use district and employment campuses, regeneration of downtowns and urban districts, reuse planning for closed military bases, and master planning for large-scale land holdings for private and institutional land owners. Mr. Merrill is a frequent presenter at national planning and real estate development conferences and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
