Hunter Morrison III, a city planner with over 35 years of experience, is the director of Campus Planning and Community Partnerships at Youngstown State University, Youngstown, OH. Prior to joining the university, he served as city planning director of Cleveland, OH, from 1981 to 2001, making him one of the longest-serving big-city directors in the country.
