Dan Dubrowski is a founding partner of the Lionstone Group, where he serves as an investment committee member and as lead principal responsible for Lionstone's national cash flow office program. Prior to forming Lionstone, Mr. Dubrowski was a senior officer with Hines for ten years, during which time he led Hines’s first domestic acquisition, its first large-scale international development, and held responsibility for the company’s business in Mexico. Mr. Dubrowski developed the firm's first foreign industrial parks and first high-rise residential buildings. He also sourced and closed Hines’s first international acquisition. He is a graduate of Georgetown University, and received his M.B.A. in 1990 from Harvard Business School, where he was a senior lecturer in real estate in 2005. Dan is currently on the Adjunct Faculty of Rice University's Jones School of Business in Houston, Texas.
