James Doolin is Chief Development Officer, Massport, Boston MA. Jim Doolin is responsible for strategic and master planning activities for the Authority as well as commercial development of Massport properties in conjunction with private development interests. The Massachusetts Port Authority ("Massport") is an independent public authority of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, created by act of the legislature in 1956 to own and operate Boston-Logan International Airport, L.G. Hanscom Field, the Tobin Memorial Bridge and certain facilities within the Port of Boston. Massport owns a large amount of waterfront property throughout Boston. Aside from Boston Logan International Airport, Massport owns, manages, or ground leases approximately 585 acres of maritime, industrial, and commercial waterfront property (including both land and water area) in South Boston, East Boston and Charlestown.
