Jonathan Levi, FAIA, is former Adjunct Full Professor in architectural design at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, where he lectured, led M.Arch. I curricula, and offered studio design courses from 1985-2013. As principal and lead designer for his Boston-based firm, Jonathan Levi Architects, he has earned national recognition in the area of academic housing. Acknowledgements have included the 2007 Grand First Prize entry for the Association of College & University Housing Officers-International's 21st Century Competition and a 2008 AIA Boston Urban Design Honor Award for his Axon Housing Masterplan for Her Highness Sheika Mozah bint Nasser located in Education City, Qatar. He is a recent recipient of the City of Boston/AIA’s Harleston Parker Medal for the single most significant work of architecture built in the Boston metropolitan area during the last 10 years. His work has been widely published and has received numerous awards.
