Tom Hotaling, AIA, LEED AP, is a principal and designer with Ann Beha Architects, working nationally with academic and cultural communities, many in historic settings with historic building resources. His work ranges from preservation and rehabilitation to renovation, expansion, and re-purposing of existing buildings for new uses. His projects include Old North Church in Boston, MIT’s Main Group buildings, Louis Kahn’s Library for Phillips Exeter Academy, the Portland Art Museum in Oregon, and the Arizona State Museum. He serves as a Commissioner for the Boston Landmarks Commission, a grants reviewer for the Pew Charitable Trust, and as a Trustee for the Instituto Internacional, an educational and cultural center in Madrid, whose 1910 building is a National Landmark in Spain.
