WILLIAM LATSHAW is a Senior Knowledge Analyst for the People and Organization Practice (POP) at the Boston Consulting Group. Since joining in 1999, he has supported teams in all aspects of people and organizational issues with a concentration in leadership and change management. Located in the Boston office, Mr. Latshaw’s role is primarily devoted to supporting organization related questions for case teams. Mr. Latshaw comes to BCG from Arthur D. Little where he consulted to senior management on developing their mission, vision and long-term organizational goals. Using the tenants of the learning organization, Mr. Latshaw helped teams from junior management to the board to rethink the way they operated. As part of this support, he led executive training programs on leadership development, systems dynamic modeling, learning organization, team learning and organizational alignment. As a Product Manager, he developed, and led train-the-trainer material for an experiential training program on how structure affects performance. Mr. Latshaw changed tracks and became the Knowledge Manager for ADL's Strategy and Organization practice supporting a team of logistics support staff. Mr. Latshaw’s academic experience comes from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English.
