UEO--International Real Estate Advanced Leadership Program

Last Ran: June 21-27, 2009
Now in its sixth year, UEO is a joint program between Harvard GSD and Tsinghua University. UEO participants are selected from among the leading real estate professionals in China. They come to Harvard for a full week of classes, as part of their requirements for graduation from UEO. Their classes are taught by an exceptional faculty of professors from Harvard Graduate School of Design and Harvard Business School, and from other leading U.S. universities, such as MIT and Columbia. UEO participants learn, among other things: advanced real estate finance, cutting-edge design, best practices in managing a real estate company, and leadership. Upon successful completion of their classes at Harvard, UEO participants receive a Harvard certificate commemorating their accomplishment.

全球化城市与地产运营商----国际房地产高级领导力培育计划
国际UEO培育计划是由哈佛大学设计研究生院和清华大学共同打造的项目，巳经成功举办5期。UEO学员皆由中国优秀房地产行业的首脑、精英构成，在哈佛大学学习一周，是国际UEO培育计划的必要组成部分。在哈佛，授课教师均来自哈佛大学设计研究生院、哈佛大学商学院以及美国其他顶级大学的资深实战教授，例如美国麻省理工学院和哥伦比亚大学等。

UEO学员在此项目中会结合案例，学习到新的房地产金融、尖端设计、先进房地产管理理念和方法、领导力等。顺利完成哈佛大学全部课程后，将获得由哈佛大学颁发的结业证书。
