A three and one-half day educational program designed for emerging leaders in real estate organizations to help develop their strategic planning, financial management, and leadership skills, and to take their careers and their firms to the next level. Targeted to managers and directors who are—or want to be—on the executive track. This intensive, interactive course will teach participants how to develop the vision, influence, and discipline of successful leaders.

Program Format
Led by Harvard faculty and real estate industry leaders, the program uses case studies and interactive group exercises and projects to enable participants to cultivate the skills and insights they need to lead tomorrow’s real estate organizations.
