Emerging Leaders in Real Estate

The Emerging Leaders in Real Estate program was co-developed for members of the BOMA International. It is now open to all.

A three and one-half day educational program designed for emerging leaders in real estate organizations to help develop their strategic planning, financial management, and leadership skills, and to take their careers and their firms to the next level. Targeted to managers and directors who are—or want to be—on the executive track. This intensive, interactive course will teach participants how to develop the vision, influence, and discipline of successful leaders.

Program Format

Led by Harvard faculty and real estate industry leaders, the program uses case studies and interactive group exercises and projects to enable participants to cultivate the skills and insights they need to lead tomorrow’s real estate organizations.

Program Materials

Prerequisite reading materials will be forwarded approximately one month before the program begins. Readings and their questions must be completed before arriving to the program. A program binder complete with additional readings and questions will be available at Program Registration, the day the program begins.

Tuition

  • $3600 (covers all educational materials, lunches, continental breakfasts)

Registration

Registration Deadline / Cancellation / Refunds

Registrations must be received by February 15, 2010.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received 14 to 30 days before the program start date will incur a charge of 10% of the program tuition. Cancellations received within 14 days of the program start date will incur a charge of 30% of the program tuition. Cancellation for all programs is subject to a minimum $75 charge. No refunds on or after the first day of the program.

The Office of Executive Education reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment two weeks before the first session. In the event of a program cancellation, all tuition and fees will be refunded. The Office of Executive Education cannot be responsible for participants' non-refundable travel expenses.
