Daily Schedule

Registration for each new program begins one half hour before scheduled class time. All programs start at 9:00 a.m. and finish at 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise specified in the course description. Light continental breakfast and an afternoon snack are served each day.

Textbooks and Required Program Materials

Participants are responsible for purchasing their own textbooks; photocopied readers will be distributed at the start of each program. Classroom Location

Summer 2009 programs take place in George Gund Hall (48 Quincy Street) on the Harvard University campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Cambridge has local resident permit-only parking on most public streets. We therefore encourage participants to use public transportation. If you must park, information on commercial parking lots near campus is available on our website. Participants staying in local hotels will find it more convenient to use the hotels’ parking lots.

Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for all programs and function in Executive Education, unless otherwise specified.

Participants with Disabilities

Persons with disabilities who require classroom assistance are encouraged to inform the Office of Executive Education about their needs at least two weeks before their program begins.

Program Disruption

The Office of Executive Education reserves the right to exclude or remove from its program any participant deemed by the instructor or staff to be disruptive to program activities and teaching.
