Summer Programs
What is the daily schedule, where are classes held, what is the
attire, and do I need to bring anything?

Program Registration
If a program is cancelled, am I reimbursed for my travel?
We do not reimburse participants for travel arrangements.
However, ask your travel agent about purchasing travellers insurance when
making your reservation. The airline may reimburse you through this coverage.
We also suggest that participants avoid making non-refundable hotel reservations.
How do I receive my AIA/ASLA credits for programs taken?
When registering, include your AIA/ASLA membership number
on your registration form. The Office of Executive Education automatically
submits this information to the AIA/ASLA once your program is completed.
It takes several weeks for the credits to be processed. You may check your
status at any time on the AIA website.
I don't want to register on-line. Can I use a paper registration
form?
Yes, for summer programs, you can use the printable
form (pdf). All late fees will be waived for summer programs, effective June 19, 2009. For other programs, printable forms are available on the
individual program information pages (Design
Programs, Real
Estate Programs, Customized
Programs).
How do I get a receipt for my registration payment?
Log in to your profile and click on "Your receipt history" --
you can then print a receipt for each registration/payment transaction.
I didn't get a confirmation email. How do I know I am registered?
First, check your spam filters and spam box. All program
correspondence is sent via email to the address on record. The confirmation
email comes from execed@gsd.harvard.edu and contains the phrase "Executive
Education Order Confirmation" and your name in
the subject line. You can also log into your profile and click on "Your
enrollment history" where you should see all the programs you have ever
taken and/or are registered to take. Finally, call the Office of Executive
Education at 617.384.7214 to confirm your registration.
On-line Registration
What do I do if my registration doesn't go completely through?
If you do not receive a successful registration message, and/or
you receive a credit card error message, please print out the last page of
your registration and fax it to us at 617.496.0297. Do not attempt to re-register.
What do I do if the system says "shopping cart empty" when I
proceed to check out?
Sometimes this problem occurs if you are using AOL. Please
print all completed registration pages and fax to 617.496.0297. You will
receive a confirmation email once your registration form is processed. Off-line
registration can take up to one week to process, depending on the volume
of incoming registrations.
Local Area
Are dorm rooms available for overnight stays?
Unfortunately, Executive Education does not offer dormitory
