and motivation required of successful leaders. This intensive, interactive
program is specifically designed for executives in real estate, architecture,
planning, and related building industries.
Emerging Leaders in Real Estate

The Emerging
Leaders in Real Estate program is customized for members of BOMA International.
Designed for emerging leaders in real estate organizations to help develop
their strategic planning, financial management, and leadership skills,
and to take their careers and their firms to the next level. Targeted to
managers and directors who are—or want to be—on the executive track. This
intensive, interactive course will teach participants how to develop the
vision, influence, and discipline of successful leaders.
Leading a Real Estate Company
May 12-14, 2010
The Leading
a Real Estate Company program is customized for members of the National
Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land
Institute (ULI). The program's rigorous curriculum enables participants
to deepen their understanding of and gain new insights into their role
as leaders in the real estate industry.
Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate (AMDP)

AMDP is
designed for leaders in all aspects of the real estate industry who have
15-25+ years experience, have been successful in their careers, and want
to expand their horizons and contribute more effectively toward improving
the quality of development in the built environment.

Real Estate Advanced Finance Program

The Real Estate Advanced Finance program is a new three-and-a-half-day program that is designed specifically for seasoned executives who have a solid understanding of and interest in real estate finance. Real estate developers, owners, financiers, and entrepreneurs will engage with renowned faculty and industry leaders to broaden their exposure to the complexities of real estate finance.
Real Estate Management Program: Developing Future Leaders

Estate Management Program is designed to provide mid-level real estate
managers—including real estate owners, REIT officers, private real estate
developers and industry service providers—with exposure to the state-of-the-art
business management techniques, current real estate trends, and personal

to expand their scope of responsibilities and return to their organizations
