Harvard GSD Exec Ed: Universidad Iberoamericana

The partnership between GSD Executive Education and the Universidad Iberoamericana began in 2012/2013 and continued in the 2013/2014 academic year. All Executive Education courses were offered in Mexico City at the Universidad Iberoamericana campus. Established over 70 years ago, Universidad Iberoamericana (IBERO) is one of Mexico's first private universities and its oldest Jesuit university. IBERO is one of the country's leading private academic and research institutions. It offers students a unique educational experience through its community of faculty, alumni, and professionals dedicated to real-world learning.

GSD Executive Education programs offered at IBERO included:

  • Strategy Management, November 15-16, 2013
    Modules emphasized internal and external analysis, strategic positioning in a dynamic environment, and strategy implementation and evaluation.
  • Social Media Strategies: Moving Your Brand Message to the Center of the Conversation, April 5-6, 2013
    This workshop mapped marketing goals to the use of social networking platforms, policies, tracking, and measurement.
  • Strengthening Business Presentation Techniques, February 22-23, 2013
    Participants worked through the most difficult part of making a business presentation.
  • Leading Organizations, December 6-7, 2012
    Participants applied design thinking to explore current leadership challenges in times of complexity. Tools such as leadership style assessment and decision making frameworks enhanced the learning experience.
