Frank Locker is Principal at Frank Locker Educational Planning. Frank was honored as a “Planner of the Year” by the Council of Educational Facilities Planners, International. He has taught at the university level and is a trained facilitator, a registered architect, and a registered interior designer. He conceived and initiated the Learning Environments for Tomorrow, course, and produces the annual Project-Based Learning Conferences at Regis College and Providence College. Locker is a Recognized Educational Facility Planner (REFP) and an affiliate of the Partnership for 21st Century Skills. Locker’s work focuses om 21st century learning, transforming educational delivery and creating innovative school designs. It is research-based and highly informed by effective schools around the world. Practice areas of his firm, Frank Locker Educational Planning, include Visioning, Educational Program Development, staff Professional Development, Educational Specifications, district Master Planning, and collaborative Concept Design. Current projects span from Honolulu to Casablanca.
