Paul Cote is a consultant and instructor specializing in city modeling for municipal government, urban design and landscape architecture. He was the architect of the Open Geospatial Consortium's test bed for integrating CAD, GIS and BIM through open web services. He is helping the city governments, including Boston and Cambridge to integrate three-dimensional models into their information infrastructure for planning. Paul taught for at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design for 19 years is now on the faculties of the Rhode Island School of Design and the Boston Architectural College. He earned his Master in City Planning degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1993.
