99 Days Until the AMDP Application Deadline

In Presenting with Confidence, Carmine talks about the importance of making numbers memorable in your presentations. With the AMDP application deadline coming in 99 days, we wanted to share what is possible in just 99 days (or thereabouts):

A new app can get over 1 billion visits – ChatGPT received over 1 billion website visits just three months after its initial launch in November 2022.

New homes can be built – Modern modular home builders can build a new home in 3-4 months, while 3-D printed houses can be built even faster.

You can sail around the world (twice?) – The record for sailing around the world (eastward) is just over 40 days, but longer if single-handed.

AMDP Overview


What is the AMDP?
The Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP) is a one-year executive development program with five weeks of on-campus terms. It is Harvard’s premier advanced leadership program in real estate.

When is the application deadline?
The AMDP Class 26 application deadline is May 15, 99 days from today. 

If I apply, when would I receive a decision?

Admission to the AMDP is on a rolling basis, and applicants receive an admissions decision within a few weeks after submitting a complete application. 

Why should I apply before the deadline?

Spaces are limited in the AMDP, and we reserve the right to stop accepting applications before the deadline.

Class 26 On-Campus Term Dates

  • Term 1: July 7-17, 2025 (two weeks)
  • Term 2: March 2026 (one week)
  • Term 3: July 2026 (two weeks)

Tuition: $50,750

Grants Harvard alumni status? Yes, upon completion, participants become Harvard Alumni Association (HAA) Associate Members.
