In Person Details
Daily Schedule
Program check-in begins 30 minutes prior to the first day. A typical day begins at 9:00am and ends by 5:00pm. A light continental breakfast and an afternoon snack are served daily.
Classroom Location and Parking
Program locations vary by year. See the Harvard University campus map to orient yourself to the area. Cambridge has local resident permit-only parking on most public streets. We therefore encourage participants to use public transportation. If you must travel by car, please refer to parking information below.
Living Accommodations
Executive Education participants are responsible for their own living accommodations. See below for information on hotels and other housing options.
Program Materials
All programs distribute materials (advance surveys, readings, presentations, etc.) via a password protected website, which participants receive access to upon registration.
Attire
Unless otherwise specified, business casual attire is appropriate for all Executive Education classes and functions.
Immunizations
To ensure the safety and well-being of our entire campus community, the State of Massachusetts requires that educational visitors are immunized against common contagious illnesses. Please ensure that your immunizations are up to date prior to arrival on campus.
Program Conduct
We reserve the right to exclude or remove any participant deemed by the instructor or staff to be disruptive to program activities and teaching. For more details, here is our Code of Conduct specific to in-person programs.
