Kristin Egan is an Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate (AMDP) Class 20 alum and Independent Project Advisor, with a background in sports center development and public realm design and activation. She led the development of the largest ice sports center in the Southern Hemisphere, located in Melbourne, Australia, which launched in conjunction with the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic Games.

With her public realm design firm, she worked on the redevelopment of New York City’s South Street Seaport and Pier 17 following the devastation of Hurricane Sandy. She also led the redevelopment of the concourse and public realm of Rockefeller Center, a project that fell right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. In recent years, Kristin has transitioned to media. She launched the publication Drunk Business Advice in 2024, and advises other firms on their media and thought leadership strategies.
