About Damian

R Damian del Toro serves as President for TWI (an ADS Company), and Senior Vice President for ADS International, a part of ADS, Inc. Since 2015, he has executed the ADS vision for operational excellence and growth across the globe in support of deployed US military and federal civilian agencies.

Mr. del Toro’s career in the defense industry began in Europe in 1995 where he managed civilian and military operations in the Balkans, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Africa. In 2009, Mr. del Toro returned to the US to establish a headquarters office in Reston, VA for a large international defense contractor in the capacity of Senior Vice President.

His professional career includes various leadership roles supporting operations and large-scale base camps and infrastructure in contingency and first-world environments, business administration, M&A, and sales and marketing.

Mr. Del Toro also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind in Washington D.C. and is an active member of his professional community through affiliations with the Association of the United States Army, the National Defense Industrial Association, the National Defense Transportation Association, The Civic Lido Club of Washington D.C., and the Sovereign Order of Malta, one of the oldest lay religious orders of the Catholic Church, which cares for people in need through its medical, social and humanitarian works.
