“They Had My Back”: How the AMDP Builds Lasting Bonds From Day One

We’ve just wrapped Team Project Jury Day for the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate (AMDP) Class 26—a day of big ideas, tough questions, and ambitious visions.

The projects spoke for themselves: thoughtful approaches to finance, design, policy, and impact at a real site. But what stood out most wasn’t just the work—it was the way participants showed up for one another.

That’s been true since day one, when a participant had a wardrobe malfunction and had to retreat to the bathroom, where she found an unexpected support network – her fellow cohort members. Later she told us,

“Even though we had never met before, they had my back. The bonds of friendship form fast in the AMDP.”

The images from Jury Day capture that same spirit: serious projects, serious feedback—and a community where you are never alone. Ready to see if AMDP is the right next step for you? Explore Class 27 details below.
